# Billing FAQ

    Paid operations – API, Email Finder, Email Validation, and Exports – will temporarily pause.\
    Once you top up your balance, all services resume automatically.

    Yes. Use the **Contact Sales** button in the Billing section – our team will help you choose a payment model that fits your needs.

  <Accordion title="Are there any usage limits?">
    There are no hard limits – you can run as many searches and requests as you need.\
    The only limitation is your available balance.

  <Accordion title="Why might a top-up take longer to appear?">
    Sometimes Stripe may take a few minutes to process a transaction – this is normal for payment systems.\
    As soon as the payment is confirmed, your Generect balance updates automatically.

    Refunds are possible in exceptional cases (duplicate charges, technical issues, etc.).\
